* Orders placed on a business day (Monday-Friday) generally ship between 2-3 business days. Orders processed on the weekend will ship on the next business day (Monday). Please allow 1-2 business day for your package to arrive once it leaves our Distribution Center. Business days do not include weekends or US holidays.
*Grill is not responsible for Duty, VAT or additional taxes that may be charged after the sale of an iGrill item. It is the sole responsibility of the international purchaser to check local regulations when buying exported goods.
Warranty Information
If your iGrill arrives damaged or experiences failure due to manufacturing error within 90 days of purchasing (30 days for iGrill Probe), you are eligible to benefit from our return policy.
In this occurrence, please contact returns@igrillinc.com, including in the communication your name, address, phone number, date of purchase and reason for return. Once, this information is processed, we will reply with a return number and our shipping address.
Eligible Returns will be refunded (less a 15% restocking fee). In order to benefit from our return policy, your iGrill must be shipped in its original box with all original parts as well as the original receipt. Failure to comply with these terms will disqualify you from the return process. Customer covers the cost for return shipping.
After a period of 30 days you can utilize our customer support line at support@igrillinc.com for assistance resolving any further issues. We make it our goal to reply to all emails within 24 hours of receipt and in many cases, much faster.
